At Onkoshi Camp, all of the rooms are elevated on wooden decks with thatched roofs and canvas walls. Large, wooden-framed retractable doors allow for spectacular panoramic views of the Etosha Salt Pans.
The furnishings are made of wood and metal, using local fabrics for comfort. Each room at this Etosha Pan accommodation has two ¾ beds except for the honeymoon chalet, which boasts a large king-size bed.
Onkoshi Camp in Etosha National Park has 14 Standard Chalets and 1 Honeymoon Chalet. Each chalet has a spacious bathroom with an indoor and outdoor shower. A lounge area with a couch and coffee table provides the perfect spot to relax, while the outdoor veranda lets you marvel over the beautiful views.
Room Tips
Please note due to Onkoshi Camp being eco-friendly and using solar energy - there is a generator that can be noisy at night. Ensure you request a room located away from the generator. Lights go off at 10 pm but this allows you to do a bit of stargazing from your veranda and see the blanket of stars above.
