Wining and Dining
The hotel’s Penguin Seafood Restaurant overlooks the spectacular Lüderitz Bay and is the only full service restaurant in the whole area. The restaurant is open 7 days a week and boasts with a menu that incorporates Namibian and international cuisine. Choose to indulge in local lobster, oyster and abalone (uniquely served here!) or settle for vegetarian options. Kids and those on gluten-free diets need not worry; the restaurant has something for everyone. A hearty breakfast buffet is complimentary to all in-house guests and quality Lavazza coffee and cake is served all-day.
At the upper-deck Crayfish Bar & Lounge, you will be treated to free Wi-Fi, exquisite scenery of Lüderitz Bay, the peninsula and the massive coastal desert dunes to the north. On the menu are delicious fresh Lüderitz oysters (#1 in the world!), fine South African wines or pure Namibian beers. The lounge also serves Lavazza cappuccinos, fresh patisseries, imported French champagne, cognac, malt whiskies and liqueurs.

A separate sea-facing events centre is available to provide the ideal setting for any number of delegates (5 – 200). A good range of conference and audio-visual equipment is offered and delicious local seafood will contribute to a successful conference, wedding or special function. Reduced room rates are available for delegates attending a wedding or conference and the hotel’s events’ co-ordinator will be pleased to discuss your bespoke arrangements with you.
