Entim meaning “forest” in Masai, is discreetly tucked away amongst riverine woodlands in the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya along the Masai River - ideal for watching the Great Migration.

Entim Mara enjoys an enviable location on the Mara River within the Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya. Location and Directions

The beautiful expanse of open plains mottled with woodlands prompted the local Maasai to give the area its name. Mara means “mottled”. The Maasai Mara is Kenya’s largest national reserve, situated in the Great Rift Valley. The largest river, the Mara River, runs north to south through the reserve, flowing towards Lake Victoria through Tanzania.

Ol Kiombo airstrip is 25 minutes away from the camp and Entim Mara staff meet all guests on arrival. Masai Mara National Reserve in Kenya is accessible from Nairobi, Nanyuki and Samburu on regular scheduled flights. Private Charters from anywhere can land at Ol Kiombo airstrip.
