Victoria Falls River Lodge is located on the banks of the Zambezi River in the Zambezi National Park of Zimbabwe, and is the first lodge established in the park.
The area enjoys its rainfall during the months of December - March, and by April and May the fields are left with lush vegetation that are on the brink of drying out. The nights in the park during March are chilly and it is advised to bring an extra jacket. From September - October the temperatures start to rise and guests are sure to spot an abundance of wildlife during game viewing activities.
Victoria Falls Airport is the closest airport (35 minute drive) to Victoria Falls River Lodge - the lodge will arrange transfers to and from Victoria Falls Airport. Livingstone Airport in Zambia, is about an hour away by road transfer (subject to Zambian and Zimbabwean customs clearance).
