The rooms at this Tanzania beach hotel are spacious and airy, with wide shaded verandas and a loft area that serves as a lounge, but can also be adapted into an extra bedroom for children. The individual beach cottages have en-suite bathrooms with a shower, basin and toilet. Towels and beach towels are provided.
All rooms have full beach frontage, with a private veranda, hammock and deck chairs. 240V electricity is provided by generator for lighting and recharging of batteries. There is mobile phone reception on the island for selected networks. The bandas are well ventilated, but there is no air conditioning. The bar and restaurant are on the tip of the island with panoramic views of Lazy Lagoon, the mainland and the open sea. The menu is delicious fresh seafood – caught daily.
