Interpretive game drives are conducted in open safari vehicles accompanied by experienced rangers and Xhosa trackers. On exciting night game drives, fascinating nocturnal animals including Aardwolf, Aardvark, Cape Fox, Porcupine, Springhare and Bat-eared Fox are regularly encountered.
Guided bush walks introduce you to wild Africa at its best. Especially rewarding is hiking along the Great Fish River for bird enthusiasts and those interested in vegetation and folklore. Fishing is also available, but 'tag and release' is supported by Kwandwe.

Carnivore Research @ Kwandwe is a fascinating tour, where guests can learn about the ongoing research at Kwandwe and carnivore programme. Be lucky to spot the predators of this area such as Leopard, Lion, Cheetah and Wild Dog. This exciting tour is led by Angus Sholto-Douglas who is co-owner of Kwandwe Private Game Reserve.
