Tanda Tula Field Camp is a non-permanent camp located in the Klaserie Private Nature Reserve in Greater Kruger which operates from 1 April to 30 September annually.
Tanda Tula is a private-use camp located on the banks of the Ntsiri River in Klaserie Private Game Reserve, bordering the Kruger National Park.
Getting there is relatively easy, with twice-daily scheduled flights between Johannesburg OR Tambo and the nearby town of Hoedspruit. A road transfer from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport to Tanda Thula will take roughly 45 minutes
There are also daily flights from Johannesburg and Cape Town to Hoedspruit, however, if you are an avid self-driver, our Destination Specialists can arrange car hire from just about any major city or town in the country.
A popular route to get to the Klaserie is to drive from Johannesburg which takes approximately 5 or 6 hours. The roads are good and you’ll get a better sense of life in South Africa as you pass through the highveld.
