Garonga Safari Camp is inspired by the ochre-red spires of nature's termite mounds, thick earthen columns, generous cushions on low beds and billowing white fabrics that epitomise this oasis in the middle of the South African bush.
Tented Suites
Each of the 6 en-suite safari tents are nestled into ebony trees on the banks of a water course and command beautiful views. Indulgences include hammocks on the wooden decks, indoor and outdoor showers and romantically draped beds.
The bathroom appointments include matching “his” and “hers” basins and framed, hand-painted bevelled mirrors and an indoor shower. The enchantment of the outdoor shower area is enhanced by gently curved sienna walls, and the detailed pebble-work surrounding orchids set in hand-painted pots.

Little Garonga for Families
Little Garonga offers an additional 3 en-suite rooms, that have thatched roofs, air-conditioning, swimming pool and built-in braai area. Take delight in the wildlife sightings from the private platform deck or luxuriate on the hammock.
Little Garonga comes complete with own guide and vehicle, chef and host. Little Garonga accepts children from age 6.
