Where is Honeyguide Mantobeni, Manyeleti

Honeyguide Tented Safari Camp is situated on the border of the Kruger National Park in prime Big Five Country.

The Honeyguide Tented Safari Camp is set in the Greater Kruger National Park, in the Manyeleti Game Reserve. Here you not only enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of the wild, but you get to learn about it during your activities. This is a place not to be missed.

How to get there

By Road from Johannesburg or Pretoria:

Honeyguide is approximately 5 to 5 ½ hours drive from Johannesburg. From Johannesburg (R22), proceed towards Belfast. Exit the N4 at the Belfast intersection, enter the town And turn right at the second stop sign in the direction of Dullstroom (R540).

Continue to Lyndenburg via Dullstroom. In Lyndenburg turn left and take the R36 to Orighstad. Continue in the direction of Hoedspruit via the Abel Erasmus Pass and the JG Strijdom Tunnel. Shortly after crossing the Blyde River, turn right in the direction of Orpen/Swadini (R531).

Approximately 10km further, do not take the right turn to Swadini but continue straight in the direction of Klaserie. Continue past Klaserie, and turn left at the Orpen signpost and continue until you see the Manyeleti Reserve sign (approximately 36km). Turn right to enter the reserve and follow the Honeyguide Tented Safari Camp signs.

By Air:

Honeyguide Tented Safari Camp is easily accessed by air. The recommend route is flying directly from O.R. Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg to Hoedspruit. Transfers can be arranged from Hoedspruit Airport and take approximately 40 minutes.

Alternatively, scheduled or private charter flights may be arranged to and from Honeyguide Tented Safari Camp, as the property has its own private airstrip.
