Q: When and how do I pay for my accommodation?
Upon selecting a dream destination, please email us your reservation request. Our Travel Consultant will immediately verify availability and respond to your request, by attaching an invoice and secure payment link.
Upon confirmation of your requested dates and finalisation of your itinerary you will be requested to make payment, a final itinerary will then be sent to you. Payment can be made via our secure on-line facility, bank transfer or secure credit card link.

We use Paygate to handle your credit card transaction, which is the safest and most secure way of paying, ensuring complete peace of mind.
Bank Transfers
Please obtain our banking details from your Travel Consultant. Clearly indicate on the deposit slip and transfer your tour reference number and then email the deposit or transfer slip to accounts [at] siyabona.com or fax it to +27 21 424 1036. Please ensure that your contact details are on the email or fax.
Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard. Click on the link sent to you by your consultant to transact.

Q: What are the Visa Requirements for travelling in Africa?
You should check with the embassy or consulate of the country(s) you are visiting for the current information on visa requirements.

What do I need to bring on safari?
You can experience very hot days and cold nights so we recommend that you take the following:- Binoculars
- Camera with a zoom/wide angle lens + plenty of camera film, spare memory sticks for digital cameras and spare batteries for video cam.
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Fleece/sweater
- Insect repellent
- Khaki, brown or beige colours are recommended to wear during a game drive/walk because white and bright increase your visibility to the animals.
- Long trousers
- Shorts/skirts and t-shirts for during the day
- Sun block & lip balm
- Sunglasses
- Wide brimmed hat
- Windbreaker
Q: Do I have to take Malaria tablets?
Northern parts of South Africa and most countries in Africa are Malaria areas. Malaria is a potentially fatal disease. Please ensure that you have consulted your doctor as to what prophylactics you should take for that particular country being that there are many different strains of Malaria.

Q: What inoculations do I need?
Please check with your doctor on what inoculations you require for the country(s) you will be visiting. If you require a Yellow Fever vaccination then you will need an inoculation certificate to take with you on holiday. Failure to do this will definitely result in you not being allowed to enter that country.Q: What if I have a Medical Condition?
Please consult with your doctor prior to leaving on your trip to ensure that you have sufficient amounts of your prescribed medication, as there may not be medical provisions available in certain parts of Africa.Q: Do I need Medical Insurance?
