Your Somalisa Camp Experience
Walk the well worn Elephant paths around Somalisa Camp and enjoy uninterrupted views of Kennedy Vlei. At this Zimbabwe Camp in Hwange National Park you will be immersed in an exciting wildlife zone where you can watch all the action from your tent and the decks of the camp. There are also bush hides and viewing deck overlooking a nearby pan.
Hwange National Park is known for its huge Elephant herds but it is possible to see all of the Big Five here, although the Rhino is more elusive. Guided game walks and drives will explore the private concession which is part of the biggest reserve in Zimbabwe. Wildlife and bird species are abundant.
Stylish Somalisa Camp is a great place in which to relax between activities. You can gather round the splash pool or choose a spot in the open lounge or library. The dining area has a large communal table where you can enjoy a range of gourmet meals plus a choice of South African and Australian wines. Fireside sundowners on the deck are a highlight at the end of the day.
