Approximately 8 kilometres (5 miles) away from the main lodge, discreetly tucked away in the tree line on the edge of the magnificent Mvubu plain, Kwafubesi Tented Camp pampers its guests in 5 well-appointed luxury canvas tents on raised platforms, each with a private deck, where romantic oil lamps add to the ambience.
The 5 elevated twin tents offer no malaria safari accommodation to 10 guests. Each tent at Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp is fully furnished with a private game-viewing deck, mosquito nets over the beds and en-suite bathroom facilities and an outdoor shower.
Surrounded by natural game paths that lead to the Mvubu dam, the camp has frequent visits by wildlife inhabitants on their way to and from the dam, and stopping by the waterhole.
Meals at Kwafubesi Tented Safari Camp are served in the romantic lapa (dining area). For those special occasions, bush dinners have proven to be a most suitable alternative, by combining the enjoyment of superb food with the tranquility and captivating scenic beauty of the African bushveld.
