This conference venue is located at the Zambezi Sun Hotel, and is very busy with lots of activities and entertainment. Attendees can network with possible clients over a drink at the Adventure Bar or meet associates over a meal at the Squires Loft.

The Falls Entertainment and Convention Centre is situated on the premises of the Zambezi Sun. The Sun International Victoria Falls Resort is close to both Livingstone Airport in Zambia and The Victoria Falls Airport in Zimbabwe. If you need transport, car rental is available at The Falls Activity Centre.

The conference centre uses state-of-the-art conferencing equipment. The venue can be sub-divided into separate rooms depending on your needs. Up to 450 delegates can be catered for at one time. For accommodation there is 212 three star rooms at the Zambezi Sun, and 173 five star rooms at the Royal Livingstone Hotel.

Aside from this amazing conference venue there are great recreational activities nearby.

Activities and attractions include private theme dinners, events on the African Queen, parties out in the open under the stars, riverbank braais (barbecues), and candle-lit affairs in the lovely Boma. Any other needs will be catered for.

Ballroom
The Ballroom features 4 conference rooms to be used as one unit or sub-divided into separate rooms. Whether you cater for 40 to 450 delegates, the staff at this venue will make an effort to fulfil every requirement. The ballroom seats 450 delegates in theatre style, 340 in the schoolroom style and 360 to 430 in banqueting style (round / sprig tables).

Mukuni Boma
The Mukuni Boma is an authentic Boma which accommodates up to 350 guests. Smaller groups of 30 people can be catered for. There is a central fire area to light up the boma. Despite the venue being rustic, the facilities and service is impeccable. The cuisine prepared for guests in the boma is an absolute experience on its own and is definitely a must for ones' stay. The evening is complemented with traditional dancers which include the local villagers, their arts and crafts and the resident Nganga (witch doctor).

Royal Livingstone Boardroom
This stunning colonial themed boardroom provides a small meeting are for up to 12 delegates. All modern conveniences such as audio visual equipment are available.

There are many forms of recreation within the surrounding area of Victoria Falls. Activities such as adrenaline activities like bungee jumping, sunset cruises, game drives, river safaris and extreme river activities are all available.

Livingstone Island
Livingstone Island is a 10 minute boat tour from the hotel and is located in the middle of the Zambezi River, on the edge of the Victoria Falls. This was the place where Dr Livingstone first over the falls into the gorge below. He wrote: 'scenes so lovely must have been gazed upon by angels in their flight'.

Due to the unique nature of this island, only 10 guests may visit to enjoy a choice of 4 island safaris, meaning only 40 people can visit the island per day. Please note that access to the island is seasonal.

Luxury River Cruises - the African Queen
Experience this breathtaking experience of the mighty Zambezi River while on the African Queen Cruiser. The African Queen is a twin-deck, 120-seater cruiser with 2 bars, providing a classic tour. You can choose from the mid-morning cruise or the sunset cruise. The cruises follow the same direction taken by King George and Queen Elizabeth during their visit to Livingstone, in 1947. Angling and Fly-fishing
Some of the best Tiger fishing in the world is achieved in the upper Zambezi above the Victoria Falls. The season for Tiger Fish is from August to March when the water is warmer. Other species of fish include Pink Happy, Three-spot Bream, the Nembwe, Yellow Fish, Barbel, Bottlenose, Squeaker and Labeo. There are over 75 species of fish in the Zambezi waters.

Wildlife roars at the Falls
Wildlife viewing can be done in various ways. There are 4x4 game drives, jet boat safaris, canoeing, luxury cruising, on Elephant back, or horseback. There is so much to see, from the predators to the prey and the vegetation.

White Water Rafting
This is one of the wildest white water rafting experiences in the world. Of course safety is important so a rescue team comes along on the rafting experience to ensure your safety. The best quality of equipment is in use and radio communication is in place. This is definitely very exciting and a must for anyone who can stomach the ride.

Low Water Rafting
This is a seasonal activity from July to January. After a short walk through the forest, you raft from rapid 1 to rapid 21. Rapids 1 to 10 have the biggest concentration of grade 4 and 5 rapids in the world.
Mid the trip you can enjoy a light lunch; from there the last section of rapids 11 to 21 is easier than the first half. Rapid 18 is not as gentle and it's know as "Oblivion". When you are done, you can have some cold drinks and then embark on the hour long drive back to the hotel.

High Water Rafting
The day starts with a safety briefing while you have something to drink. You then head to rapid 10. You make your way down the gorge, going from rapids 11 to 25. These sections are swift-flowing and have huge wave trains and many whirlpools. The most of this can be experienced in the narrows between 13 and 14.
