Witness the Great Migration
The migration path varies from year to year, depending on weather and other environmental factors. It typically moves in a clockwise direction, from Tanzania's Serengeti to the south of Kenya's Masai Mara. When you make your booking, be sure to ask when the migrating animals are estimated to arrive near Singita’s Grumeti concession.
Make Yourself at Home
To encourage relaxation in between safari activities, make the most of those pampering in-room spa treatments. To keep the blood circulating, go for a game of tennis on the private court or try a few laps in the Singita Serengeti House swimming pool. There are also tailor-made activities available for families, as are babysitting services.
Bush Walks and Horse Safaris
On bush walks, your expert guide and tracker will accompany you on foot, as you track scat and spoor, in hopes of a lucky animal sighting. This is your chance to get a more personal experience with the bush, discovering the finer details of the landscape, like the various plant and tree species, along with birds, bugs and reptiles. Horse-riding safaris offer a similar experience (if you're of a good riding standard).
