Davison's Camp is situated in south-eastern Hwange National Park, a sought after wildlife destination for a premier Zimbabwe safari. The Linkwasha concession is known for its superb game viewing, and this classic African tented camp enjoys a secluded position overlooking a waterhole that attracts plentiful wildlife. Accommodation is offered in comfortable en-suite safari tents.

On a Hwange wildlife safari in the Linkwasha concession, game viewing is productive year-round and wildlife frequently seen on game drives includes Lion, large herds of Elephant, Buffalo, Leopard, White Rhino and spotted Hyena as well as southern Giraffe, Sable, Blue Wildebeest, Impala, common Waterbuck and Reedbuck.

Game viewing on the large, open plains is excellent. There are a number of these areas where in summer, Wildebeest, Zebra and Eland gather in abundance, while in winter months, the waterholes act like magnets for Elephant in enormous numbers to congregate and drink. Davison's Camp guests can spend relaxing siesta time observing wildlife visiting the waterhole from their tent or the main lounge area.

Bird life in the Linkwasha Concession, Hwange National Park is prolific with more than 400 species. Arnott's Chat and the Racket-tailed Roller frequent the teak woodlands, while the Kori Bustard, Red-eyed Bulbul and Southern Pied Babbler are typical of the drier Kalahari birds.
