The Experience at Kuname River Lodge

Modjadji Cycad Forest:
Visit the home of the legendary African Rain Queen - the Modjadji Cycad Forest. This forest boasts some of the oldest and largest Cycad Specimens in the world. Although guests will not be able to see the Rain Queen, her presence is felt in the area of the vast forest.
The Endangered Species Centre and Kapama Cheetah Breeding Project are situated near the Kruger National Park in Hoedspruit. This centre has established itself as a leading private breeding and research facility for endangered species in South Africa. The excellent condition of the cheetah reflect the attention to detail, which is hallmark of the centre.
As the Hans Merensky Golf Course is bordered by the Kruger National Park, a main attraction is the visiting wildlife. During the winter months Giraffe, Elephants, Warthogs as well as other species can be spotted. Once, the land on which the course is built formed part of the Kruger Park.
Weddings at this Limpopo safari lodge take place at the Fig Tree venue. Ceremonies take place beneath a canopy of indigenous trees bordering the Makhutsi River.
