Tranquility Lodge is mostly wooden in structure and truly blends with the natural forest of Natures Valley. Boasting a lush indigenous garden that makes you feel that you are hidden away from the outside world.
Each room at this Nature's Valley lodge has a range of amenities including a portable fan, wall heating, tea and coffee making facilities, satellite TV, and Wi-Fi.
Honeymoon Suite
This spacious suite has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with large walk-in shower, free-standing bath, his-her basins, wood-burning fireplace with kitchenette and small lounge area. The Honeymoon Suite has a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool.
Surf's Up Suite
This en-suite room has a shower, king or twin beds and a small private patio on the ground floor. This room also has a small lounge with its own wood-burning fireplace with kitchenette.
Reef Suite
The Reef Suite is a spacious, modern room with a king bed or twin beds on request and en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in shower. Guests can relax in the small lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace, make use of the convenient kitchenette, or unwind on the private patio with outdoor seating.
Forest Suite
The Forest Suite at Tranquility Lodge is a peaceful retreat after a day exploring Nature’s Valley and the surrounding area. Recently renovated, this spacious and modern room features a king bed or twin beds on request, along with an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Guests can relax by the wood-burning fireplace, enjoy the small lounge area and kitchenette, or step out onto the private balcony.
Dining at the Lodge
Dining can be enjoyed indoors in the spacious and open plan dining area at the large family style yellowwood table, or on the outdoor verandah overlooking the lush indigenous garden and into the top of the tree canopy - giving you the feel of being in a tree house.
The Lodge has an open braai area next to the swimming pool and the private and unique hotpool. Each room at Tranquility Lodge has its own double sit-on-top kayak. These kayaks are stable and suitable for novice paddlers. They are an ideal way to explore the birdlife and natural surrounding of the lagoon and estuary.
