Game Excursions

Experienced rangers are able to share their incredible knowledge of the African bush and wildlife with guests of the Zwahili Private Game Lodge. You might spot Leopard, Kudu, Cheetah or Zebra. Late afternoon game drives continue until dark allowing you the opportunity to spot some of the nocturnal wildlife.
Guided Safari Walks
Explore the African bush on foot with a guided game walk. Your professional guide will point out some of the smaller creatures and native plant species to help expand your bush knowledge. Alternatively, enjoy bird watching during your Limpopo safari holiday. The area is home to over 300 different bird species, including rare species such as Lizard Buzzard and Brown Snake Eagle.
Bush Picnic
Whether under the shade of the majestic Marula tree or at the top of the rocky Witkop, your guide will transport you to a picnic area of your choice where you can delight a few delicacies after a game drive.
Cultural Tour
Enjoy an excursion to the 'Witkop' archaeological site during your safari holiday in Limpopo. This area was used as a hideout by the British during the Anglo Boer war and is an important historic site. Enjoy a glass of chilled Chardonnay as you watch the sun set over the African bush.
