Year 1 - Junior Sales Consultant -> Basic South African Hotels sales / Basic Tours bookings

Year 2 - Junior Sales Consultant -> Small Groups Hotels + SA PARKS + Transfers + Flights

Year 3 - Junior/ Intermediate Sales Consultant-> Destinations safaris and tours sales / Namibia / Mozambique

Year 4 - Intermediate Sales Consultant-> Destinations specific safaris and tours sales / Botswana / Islands / Krugerpark

Year 5 - Intermediate / Senior Sales Consultant-> Destinations specific safaris / lodge and tours sales / Kenya / Tanzania

Our Siyabona training consist of:

  • Exposure to weekly training and all African travel product training, introductions, meetings, presentations.
  • Access to Senior Sales Consultants for guiding in Mentor type program.
  • Specific in-house training on Southern African destinations [ 3 months ]
  • Specific Africa travel sales training, support and mentoring throughout whole period.
  • During this time the person would have been on many “educationals“ to many hotels / safaris /lodges in various destinations.

  • What we expect in return:

    In addition to above we expect self learning after hours and weekends on the various destination specific information required to become a top class African travel destination sale specialist. Candidates must be motivated, sales driven and have a desire to succeed at becoming a top-class African travel destination specialist.
