As you can tell we are great fans of this 4-star accommodation, just an hour outside the city of Johannesburg. The estate is best described as “lovely with a leafy” with carefully-manicured garden and all sorts to keep you entertained during your stay – walking trails, birdwatching, volleyball, tennis, croquet and boule, to list a few.
One of the main draws is, of course, the spa and hydrotherapy centre which includes an indoor heated mineral pool, jacuzzi, steam rooms, Swedish saunas, and even a nail care station. In just a few hours you’ll feel completely and utterly relaxed with the help of the professional team of therapists.
Valley Lodge & Spa is the kind of lodge that always makes you feel well taken care of, and you’ll also enjoy some incredible cuisine during your stay. The bar area and communal lounge are both great for kicking back with a crisp drink and engaging in some light convo, while the refreshing pool will quickly lure you in during those sultry afternoons.
