Taita Falcon Lodge is located in the heart of Zambia, just downriver from Victoria Falls and a short drive from the town of Livingstone, making Livingstone Airport the most common point of entry. Both scheduled and chartered airlines fly here from locations like Johannesburg, and Nelspruit in South Africa, and Lusaka in Zambia.
From Livingstone, it’s just a 45-minute drive to the lodge, and you can also self-drive, but take heed, access by road requires a high clearance vehicle as the last 11km of the road is a bumpy dirt road which cuts through the bush.
There is also a more direct route to Taita by helicopter transfer which our Destination Specialists can arrange for you. This is by far the most scenic, effortless route and we can arrange for a special loop to view Victoria Falls in all her splendour.
