Vic Falls for Thrill-Seekers
During your stay at Taita Lodge, we can arrange a special Victoria Falls Tour (both Zambia and Zimbabwe) and add in plenty more adventure activities while you’re at it. If you’re a bonafide thrill-seeker, how about trying a bungee jump, or the gorge swing?
You can also try some quad biking, and take on the mighty Zambezi during white river rafting or on a jet boat excursion.
Bird Watching
Bird-watching is especially great at Taita Falcon Lodge. While you’re on the viewing deck, be sure to look out for the many species of birds, including a variety of raptors soaring through the surrounding skies like Taita falcons, Peregrine falcon, African fish eagles and Verreauxs' (black) eagles (which have a distinctive white v-shape on their back).

If you want to tone it down a notch, we can keep it casual with a river cruise safari, a canoe trip or high-tea on Livingstone Island. If you’d love to do some wildlife watching, we can arrange guided game drives through the Hwange and Mosi-o-Tunya parks, or even stretch for a day trip into the Chobe National Park in Botswana.
