The Namib Naukluft Lodge, situated 230km (142.9 miles) south of the capital Windhoek, is the ideal gateway to the high dunes of the Namib Desert in Namibia. A regular shuttle, 2-night, tour by car or by Airplane (one or 2 nights) is being offered to the Lodge on a daily basis from Windhoek or the coastal town Swakopmund.
Visitors are recommended to use the scenic route from Windhoek, along the C 26 towards Walvis Bay and Gamsberg, turn off into C 24 via the breathtaking Spreetshoogte Pass to Solitaire; take the road towards Sesriem for 20km (12.4 miles), turn right at the sign of the Namib Naukluft Lodge.
