There is bed and breakfast, self-catering and full board accommodation options. Stonecutters can accommodate 22 guests (sharing) in the various houses at the lodge. Should single rooms be required, Stonecutters can sleep 11 guests on the estate. There are 6 luxurious suites - The Cobbles (sleeping 2) and 2 cottages, Trout House (sleeping 6) and Stone Cottage (sleeping 4).

Stone Manor

Stone Manor is the gathering point for guests at Stonecutters. Set in charming gardens this luxurious manor houses the reception rooms, dining areas and conference facility. The double volume lounge and dining area is built on a grand scale and is dominated by a large fireplace. The verandah fronting the house is a shaded outdoor area for meals and relaxation.

Furnishings are stylish throughout and Stone Manor will impress even the most exacting clientele. Selected DSTV channels are available for your enjoyment. The cosy little library shelves are groaning with novels, magazines and many reference books. A bubbling waterfall cascades into an indigenous pond in the front garden below the verandah and sundowners can be enjoyed on the wooden deck jutting over the water.

The Cobbles

The Cobbles are luxury self-catering studios with beautiful views and have been purpose-built for the accommodation of guests who are catered for in Stone Manor. There are 6 en suite luxury studios each sleeping 2 people. Built as three free-standing units with under tile and under carpet heating, the cottages nestle among tall pine trees with dramatic views of the distant mountains from the wooden covered decks.

Each unit has a small kitchenette with a bar fridge and tea/coffee making facilities and self-catering is an option. Selected DStv channels are available for your enjoyment. Regrettably no children under 12 years old are permitted in The Cobbles.

The Trout House

The Trout House is a well-appointed, double-storey overlooking the two dams. The 3 bedroomed, en suite house sleeps 6 people sharing. The house is also suitable for use by the disabled, with the 2 downstairs en-suite bathrooms being suitably equipped and allowing wheelchair access. The adjacent lapa is a great outdoor entertainment area with seating for 20 people, good braai facilities and a bonfire pit.

The thatched lapa next to The Trout House is a great entertainment area with braai facility which can seat a large gathering. Whether darkness finds you swapping fishing stories around the lapa bonfire next to the dams, or sipping port indoors at the cosy fireside, or lying in bed and listening to the fish rising, you cannot fail to be enchanted with The Trout House.

Stone Cottage

Stone Cottage, nestling on the edge of a pine forest, is a 2 bed-roomed, two bath-roomed cottage well-appointed in country style. The master bedroom is spacious, the second bedroom is smaller, suitable for two children or a single conference delegate. The lounge has an open plan kitchenette and a fireplace.

There are 2 covered patios with excellent outdoor cooking facilities. From the front patio there are vistas over the farm to the far hills, while at the rear there is a built-in barbeque area and a covered patio. There is a TV with selected DStv channels. For those seeking quiet comfort and complete seclusion, Stone Cottage with its cosy fireplace is idyllic.
