Courtyard Suites
These 12 suites are individually decorated with beautiful hand-painted techniques, high corniced ceilings, sumptuous fabrics and custom-designed period furniture. Each 54 m2 suite sleeps 2 guests and features marble vanities in the bathroom, a shower and bath plus a cosy fireplace.
The Villa Suites
Unlike the Courtyard Suites which have a more Eurocentric theme, the Premier Suites are all related to some aspect of South African history and honour such distinguished men and women as Emily Hobhouse, Jan Smuts, Nelson Mandela, The Dalai Lama, Harry Oppenheimer and Mahatma Gandhi.
Each suite is 84 m2 overlooks the rolling lawns and consists of a main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including a Jacuzzi bath, bidet, shower, a separate lounge with a fireplace and a large working desk.
Grand Chateau Suites
There are 20 suites in the Grand Chateau wing of Fairlaws Boutique Hotel in Sandton. Each Grand Chateau Suite sleeps 2 guests in a beautifully individually decorated room.
Group travellers can use these 50 m2 rooms as their private residences because of the convenient drop-off access to the neighbourhood. This wing offers adjacent family suites. There is a lift and special needs access in this wing.
Tree House Studio
This 250 m2 two-bedroom suite, the newest addition to Fairlawns Boutique Hotel in Sandton, gets its name from its location within the treetop canopy. This apartment is well-suited for extended stays thanks to its kitchen, living area, and dining area.
Villa Moji
This stunning standalone 384 m2 villa at Fairlawns Boutique Hote sleeps 6 guests and is located in a private garden. Two en-suite bedrooms with direct access to the garden and an oversized private pool are featured in this fully serviced villa.
Maison Spa Presidential Suite
A traditional, opulent European-style apartment, boasting 300 m2 of unadulterated luxury. This suite was specially designed for visiting dignitaries and sophisticated world travellers.
