You'll find art deco beds, painted steel beds from turn of the century Vienna as well as an extremely high, old English bed, all dressed with fine down comforters and gorgeous, white lace linens at this luxurious South African Winelands accommodation. Engraved Arabian brass tables, enormous, venerable, colonial-style mirrored travel cases, vanity cases that once belonged to classic movie stars and travellers of the last century.

Decorated by the owner, each suite of this South African Winelands accommodation is a tribute to a collector with a passion for rare finds. Every room is a treasure chest filled with novelty pieces such as an antique safe, a 1920s celebrity-owned travelling suitcase, or the antique copper kettle which makes up the tea and coffee service in the Honeymoon Suite.

The Vineyard House

The expansive views of the vineyard and the neighbouring mountains can be seen from the Vineyard House at Adara Palmiet Valley. The magnificent 246 m² aristocratic Palace Suite is truly amazing. Savour three distinct sleeping quarters, an expansive living area featuring a fireplace, a roomy kitchen and dining area, and an exquisite private terrace.

An additional alternative is to rent the Vineyard House as a whole, which includes both apartments N° 10 and N° 12, providing a massive 308 m² private haven for up to 8 people.

The Orchard House

Another Cape Dutch-style home at Adara Palmiet Valley is the Orchard House. Situated amidst vineyards and guava orchards, the Orchard House boasts five opulent suites, one of which is the Presidential Suite. Every flat has a balcony or terrace with spectacular mountain views.

The Jacaranda House

A national landmark, the Jacaranda House is the original 1754 Cape Dutch farmhouse with a thatch roof. Together with the restaurant and the winter garden, it has 3 guestrooms.

The Mountain View House

Originally intended to serve as horse stables, the Mountain View House is another historically significant structure at Adara Palmiet Valley. Currently, it consists of the Reception and three opulent apartments. The suites are best suited for extended stays or families since they feature a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bedroom.
